We are seeking quotes for repair, testing, and return to Ready for Issue condition of Antenna Couplers (P/N 014638400, 7-7pin438) for the U.S. Navy.
Scope of work: Inspect, repair or replace components, reassemble, and test antenna couplers in accordance with applicable manuals and tech publications.
Contractor-furnished resources: Contractor must supply the facility, labor, materials, parts, and all test equipment and tooling; the Government will not provide them.
Workmanship standards: Markings follow MIL-STD-130; MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited (use SAE-AS22759); personnel must be trained and certified to IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C where MIL-STD-454 is referenced.
Warranty: 365-day warranty on supplies, running from 45 days after the last delivery under the contract.
Compliance and priority: Buy American-Free Trade Agreements clauses apply, the order carries an A1/A1A priority rating, and invoicing is through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
