Repair scope: Repair of the ANTENNA (NSN class 59), including teardown and evaluation (TD&E) of returned carcasses and a full repair effort.
Pricing: Give an estimated repair price now, a Firm-Fixed Price quote within 90 days of receiving the carcasses, and the cost of new for evaluation.
Turnaround time: Requested repair turnaround is 90 days, with price reductions per unit for late assets and final Government inspection required within that time.
OEM and packaging: Non-OEM offerors must name the OEM (company and CAGE) and provide a signed distributor authorization letter, plus the packaging facility's name, address, and CAGE if it differs.
Compliance: Award is a DPAS-rated order and bilateral (written acceptance required), with Buy American, cybersecurity (CMMC) notice, and security prohibition clauses.
Warranty and option: One-year warranty from date of delivery, and the Government may exercise an increased-quantity option within 365 days of award at the same price and delivery time.
