We are seeking quotes for repair, testing, and inspection of circuit card assemblies for the US Navy (NAVSUP WSS).
Scope of work: Inspect, repair or replace components, reassemble, and test units to return them to Ready for Issue condition per the approved repair/overhaul manual.
Quote format: Submit a firm-fixed price quote by email to michael.j.keith40.civ@us.navy.mil before the closing date; no small business set-aside applies.
Turnaround time: Repair turnaround runs from physical receipt of the asset at your facility to government acceptance, and receipts must be reported in the CAV system within five business days.
Tooling and equipment: Contractor must supply all fixtures, tooling, and test equipment; the Government will not provide any.
Wire and soldering standards: MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited and SAE-AS22759 wire must be used; personnel must be trained and certified to IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C where MIL-STD-454 is referenced.
Warranty: A 365-day warranty on supplies applies, with Buy American and Wide Area Workflow invoicing requirements.
