We are seeking quotes for repair, testing, and inspection of circuit card assemblies (Navy NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia).
Scope of work: Overhaul, repair, test, and inspect circuit card assemblies and return them to Ready for Issue condition per the approved repair/overhaul manual.
Turnaround time: Repairs must be completed and accepted by the Government within 90 days after the asset is received at your facility.
Throughput and induction: You must state a monthly throughput limit for each NSN, and assets received more than 365 days after award are not authorized for repair without agreement.
Tooling and equipment: The contractor supplies all fixtures, jigs, special tooling, and test equipment; the Government will not provide them.
Wire and workmanship: MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited and SAE-AS22759 wire must be used; personnel must be trained and certified to IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C where required.
Reporting and compliance: Report receipts in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system within five business days; Buy American, Workflow Pro, and WAWF invoicing clauses apply.
