Specs and marking: Self-locking Nylok element must meet NASM 15981, and each lot must be marked 'NICU' with manufacturer symbol and lot number per MIL-STD-130, then tagged or bagged with drawing/piece, contract and heat number.
Quality requirements: Work is subject to inspection of supplies, a higher-level contract quality requirement, and referenced standards including ISO 9001, MIL-I-45208A and NCSL Z540.3.
