Scope of work: Supply new, unused commercial aircraft components (valve, cross) that are currently in production and sold on the commercial market.
Technical requirements: Parts must meet government form, fit, and function, with datasheets, drawings, or specs showing compliance; any deviations must be identified and justified.
Certification and traceability: Each part needs a properly completed FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate issued by an FAA production approval holder, plus supply-chain traceability from the original manufacturer.
Approved sources only: Only government-approved sources of supply are eligible; offers from non-approved sources are technically unacceptable, and drawings are not available.

Packaging and marking: Commercial packaging with packing lists showing part number, nomenclature, quantity, and contract number; parts marked with part number, manufacturer or CAGE code, and lot or serial number.
