We are seeking quotes for repair of a Manifold Assembly (CAGE 99517, Ref. S1J10009-02A) for the U.S. Navy, with repair work performed at the contractor's facility.
Scope: Repair of the Manifold Assembly under a bilateral, firm-fixed-price-style award that requires the contractor's written acceptance.
Turnaround Time: The Government wants a Repair Turnaround Time of 250 days, measured from receipt of the asset at the contractor's facility to Government acceptance.
Pricing Required: Quotes must include unit price, total price, RTAT, test and evaluation fee if beyond repair, and a price-reduction amount per unit per month for late delivery.
Inspection: Government Source Inspection is required, and final inspection and acceptance by the Government must occur within the RTAT.
Marking and Standards: Items must be marked per MIL-STD-129, and repairs follow the contractor's standard practices, manuals and approved repair procedures.
Freight and Reporting: Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy; the contractor must report all transactions in the Commercial Asset Visibility system within five business days of receipt.
