Scope: Cable assemblies built to drawing CPG1027-1 for a crucial shipboard system, designated Special Emphasis material (Level I / Scope of Certification).
Award method: Each CLIN is evaluated and awarded separately, so multiple vendors may win; you may quote any or all CLINs and should not include quantity discounts across CLINs.
Set-aside: This is a total small business set-aside, and Buy American and security prohibition clauses apply.
Material compliance: Non-metallic materials must meet toxicity and flammability requirements of NAVSEA SS800-AG-MAN-010/P-9290.
Testing and data: First article approval is required, along with certification data, weld procedure and qualification data, and a FAT report, all with Navy review and approval.
Schedule and warranty: Final delivery is due 400 days out, with a one-year warranty; offers are due by 4:30 PM EST on 23 October 2026.
