We are seeking quotes for repair, testing, and inspection of a back brake assembly (NAVSUP WSS, Navy) with delivery to the Navy.
Scope of work: Repair, test, and inspect brake assemblies (back) per the Requirements section, with markings per MIL-STD-130.
Source approval: Items need Government source approval before award; non-approved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure data with their proposal or be rejected.
Quality system: Maintain a quality control system meeting Mil-I-45208A, Mil-Q-9858, or ISO 9000/9001/9002 or equivalent, with a Repair Quality Plan and documented test, repair, and inspection procedures.
Tooling and wire: Contractor supplies all fixtures, special tooling, and test equipment; MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited and SAE-AS22759 wire must be used instead.
Workmanship certification: If MIL-STD-454 is cited, show compliance with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C using personnel trained and certified under that standard.
Warranty and compliance: 12-month warranty, Buy American and Item Unique Identification requirements apply, and invoicing is through Wide Area Workflow.
