We are seeking quotes for repair, testing, and inspection of electromechanical actuators at the contractor's own facility for NAVSUP WSS (Navy).
Scope of work: Repair all government-furnished actuator carcasses at your facility with all labor, parts, materials, and test equipment, and return them to serviceable condition.
Repair rate: 100% of carcasses must be repaired; any that cannot be repaired need DCMC QAR approval before disposal.
Inspection and standards: Do incoming inspections, repair per current engineering drawings, mark per MIL-STD-130, and use SAE-AS22759 wire instead of MIL-W-81381.
Tooling and parts: Government will not provide tooling or test equipment, and units with missing parts are not inducted until the parts arrive or the PCO authorizes it.
Certifications: Personnel doing tasks under IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C must be trained and certified per paragraph 5.1.4 if MIL-STD-454 is referenced.
Warranty and set-aside: 1-year warranty from delivery with 45 days to correct a discovered defect; this is a repair purchase order with no small business set-aside.
