Quote contents: Provide unit price, total price, RTAT, whether firm-fixed or estimated, test fee if beyond repair, and new-unit price and lead time.
Inspection and marking: Government Source Inspection is required and items must be marked per MIL-STD-130 Rev N.
Shipping and tracking: Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy; receipts must be reported in the Commercial Asset Visibility system within five business days.
Late penalties: Late units incur a price reduction per unit per month, and you must state your own reduction amount and maximum in the quote.
