Scope: Newly manufactured spare parts for an aircraft floor, marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130.
Source approval: Sole source requirement; offerors who are not approved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure information with their proposal or will not be considered.
Quality system: Contractor must maintain a quality control system meeting Mil-I-45208A, Mil-Q-9858, ISO 9000/9001/9002 or equivalent.
Inspection records: Contractor must inspect purchased material on receipt, keep records of dimensional data, material, finish and process for at least 12 months after acceptance, and submit failure analysis and corrective action reports.
Compliance clauses: Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program applies, along with security prohibitions, Wide Area Workflow invoicing and a DO-A1 priority rating.
Proposal validity: Proposals must remain valid for at least 120 days after submission.
