Intranasal kits: Up to 30,000 two-dose, ready-to-use kits with applicators annually; maximum dosage of 4 mg. Generics accepted.
Intramuscular vials: Up to 100,000 opioid antagonist vials annually. Please specify product, dosage, manufacturer, and case size.
Product requirements: Minimum 18-month shelf life at shipment, applicable quality and safety compliance, and product-specific inserts with instructions for use.
Delivery: Within 21 calendar days of each order to any valid North Carolina shipping address, with no limit on shipping locations. Include all shipping and handling in unit prices, maintain required storage conditions, and provide delivery, lot, and expiration tracking.
Support: Educational and training materials, distribution data, and up to 250 hours annually of technical assistance on distribution and saturation planning. Quote an hourly rate; assistance costs are capped at 5% of actual product purchases.
Pricing: Provide unit prices, order minimums, and lead times for one year plus three optional annual renewals. Quantities are annual maximums and are not guaranteed.
