Pricing: Please provide separate unit prices for one stump grinder, one tracked stump grinder, and one Lucon 5T162TBW trailer or equivalent. Quantities are estimates for purchases over five years.
Tracked grinder: Minimum 74 HP Tier 4 diesel engine; self-propelled rubber tracks retractable to 36 inches maximum width; two-speed travel; hydraulic backfill blade; radio remote control.
Cutting system: Minimum 28-inch wheel diameter, 1-inch thickness, 79-inch swing arc, 31-inch above-grade cut, 27-inch below-grade cut, and 40 carbide-tipped forged teeth; automatic sweep control and electric clutch engagement.
Trailer: Minimum 10,000-pound capacity and 16-foot deck; tandem axles; tilt-bed or hydraulic tilt; electric or electric-over-hydraulic brakes; pintle hitch or lunette ring; rated tie-downs and tongue jack.
Included equipment: Per grinder, two sets each of cutting teeth, pockets, and bolts; applicable tooth gauges, drive belts, remote batteries and charger; three sets of manuals and diagnostic software.
Warranty and training: Grinder coverage of 36 months/3,000 hours and engine coverage of 36 months/5,000 hours, including parts and labor; minimum one-year trailer warranty; 12 hours of training with operators and mechanics trained separately. Include warranty transportation and service within 75 miles of New York City.
Delivery: Include freight and delivery ready for service within 180 days of order, with pilot inspection at 160 days.
