48-inch diameter: Four 25-foot pipe sections (100 linear feet), 14 gauge, plus two matching bands.
54-inch diameter: Three 25-foot pipe sections (75 linear feet), 14 gauge, plus one matching band.
60-inch diameter: Four 25-foot pipe sections (100 linear feet), 12 gauge, plus two matching bands.
Construction: All pipe and bands bituminous coated with 2-2/3-inch × 1/2-inch corrugation. Include lifting lugs on all pipe and 10-inch bolts for all bands.
Specifications: Meet 2026 Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges, Sections 1007.1 and 1007.2; bands must also meet Section 1007.8. Gasket material must meet Section 1007.8.040 and be on the approved materials list.
Pricing and delivery: Quote pipe per linear foot and bands individually, including delivery. Provide lead time and allow two weeks’ notice before fabrication. Deliveries accepted Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, with 24 hours’ advance notice.
