Timber: Salvage pine pulpwood, pine chip-n-saw, pine sawtimber, and hardwood pulpwood. This is a timber sale requiring purchase and harvesting of the salvage timber.
Harvest criteria: Harvest blown-down, broken, leaning more than 15 degrees, or otherwise damaged timber. Other timber requires approval.
Priorities: Harvest extensively damaged areas first. Approximately 1,727 acres surrounding red-cockaded woodpecker clusters must be cut before March 15, 2027.
Schedule: Begin harvesting within 10 business days of contract execution and complete within six months.
