What the job is
Vehicles: Five supplied new Utilimaster step vans on 2026 Freightliner custom chassis: one 14-foot, three 16-foot, and one 18-foot.
Interior fabrication: Custom cabinets, adjustable shelving, tool drawers, storage trays, and workbenches per the build layouts; minimum 14-gauge steel, 1/4-inch steel worktops, and silver/gray hammertone powder coating at least 3.5 mil thick.
14- and 18-foot vans: Each requires a Miller Trailblazer 330 diesel welder/generator on a locking 1,000-pound slide platform, a Magnum/Dimensions 12/3000N 3,000-watt inverter, two auxiliary Group 31 batteries, and GFCI outlets. Include a 30-gallon gravity-fed water system for the 14-foot van and a 50-gallon system with a minimum 3 GPM pump for the 18-foot van.
16-foot vans: Each requires a locking 500-pound generator slide, compartment lighting, shore-power connection, and GFCI outlets; generators will be supplied separately.
Exterior and integration: Folding rear steps, vise mounts and vises, remote air-tank drains, work lighting, and controls; the 18-foot van also requires a full-width rear storage compartment, step bumper, Class IV hitch, and trailer wiring.
Quote: Include all materials, fabrication, installation, pickup, return delivery, and a minimum one-year parts-and-labor warranty. Break out costs by van and provide the completion lead time.
