Questions deadline
Pre-proposal inquiries go in writing on the PPI form (Attachment F) to Erik Cole, with a cc to the Contracting Officer. The cutoff is 14 days before the proposal due date. (Attachment 7, p. 4)
Bonds
Submit a bid guarantee bond (SF 24) with the offer for at least 20 percent of the offer price or $3,000,000, whichever is less. (Attachment 7, p. 3)
If required per FAR 28.102, the awardee submits Performance and Payment Bonds 10 calendar days after award. (Attachment 7, p. 3)
