What they need

• ServicesReview appeals, conduct prehearing conferences, mediations and hearings, and issue written decisions or recommendations with findings of fact and conclusions of law
• QualificationsAt least two years of relevant experience managing disputes, evaluating evidence or presiding over formal proceedings; ability to remain impartial
• AvailabilityAssignments are as needed and must be performed by the hearing officer directly
• Rates$125 per hour for services; $50 per hour for eligible travel time, with allowable travel expenses reimbursed
