We are seeking quotes for integrated design and construction of a new bed tower, clinical expansion, and parking garage, including demolition of deficient buildings, at the VA St. Louis Health Care System John Cochran Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
Scope of work: Demolish several deficient buildings and build multiple new seismically compliant facilities on an expanded site, delivered by Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC) with a Pre-Construction Services Phase.
