Item and part numbers: Valve must match CAGE 35795 reference numbers Y101806102 and 22A5A2RL, and CAGE 28496 as listed.
Marking: Item must be physically marked per MIL-STD-130 Rev K.
Quote requirements: Quotes must stay valid 60 days, and non-manufacturers must state the OEM, its CAGE code and the part number offered.
Inspection and acceptance: Inspection and acceptance is at source, with the inspection and packaging locations to be named by the offeror.
Compliance and security: Offerors must meet the listed cybersecurity (CMMC), supply chain security and security exclusion clauses, plus item unique identification.
Invoicing and award: Invoices go through PIEE WAWF, and award goes to the lowest price technically acceptable quote.
