We are seeking quotes for removal and disposal of old carpet and installation of new carpet on the entire third floor, including all hallways, of the administrative building at USCG Base Ketchikan, Alaska.
Scope of work: Remove and dispose of existing carpet and install brand new carpet on the entire third floor and all hallways, as shown on the attached map.
Contractor provides: Personnel, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation needed to complete the work, following manufacturer directions and industry standards.
Work hours: Work is done 0700-1630 AKST, Monday through Friday, or by appointment scheduled in advance with the COR; no facility keys are issued to contractors.
Award basis: Lowest priced, technically acceptable, qualified contractor, contingent on the Coast Guard securing funding.
Pricing format: One project-level CLIN (1 each); quotes must also include regular and overtime rates for any other labor categories proposed.
Timeline: Award and start are expected in November 2026; questions are due by Friday, 25 September 2026.
