Marking: The item must be physically identified per MIL-STD-130, Rev N (16 Nov 2012).
Source and OEM: If you are not the manufacturer, you must state the OEM, its CAGE code and the part number offered; refurbished material is not acceptable.
Inspection: Inspection and acceptance is at source (DLA note E06), and the inspection and acceptance locations (CAGE and address) must be provided.
Evaluation: Award goes to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.
