Repair Area: Repair an area at elevation 1116.5 approximately 8 feet high, 7 feet wide, and at least 8 inches deep or until sound concrete is reached.
Demolition Work: Sound the concrete, mark demolition limits, and remove all unsound material.
Seepage Control: Install non-shrink low-pressure injection grout around the perimeter and hydrophilic waterstop along vertical and horizontal joints.
Reinforcement: Install doweled and epoxied horizontal, vertical, and bent-hook bars with at least 3 inches of clear cover.
Concrete Placement: Apply bonding agent, set formwork flush with the wall, and place and vibrate new concrete for full consolidation and a uniform finish.
