We are seeking quotes for design-bid-build construction of a new enlisted training barracks at Devens Reserve Forces Training Area in Massachusetts.
Facility Scope: Construct a 46,000-square-foot, three-story barracks for 300 personnel with sleeping bays, storage, team rooms, laundry, restrooms, and showers.
Building Systems: Provide security, fire protection, alarm, cybersecurity, energy monitoring, sustainability measures, and fully redundant heating and cooling systems.
Site Improvements: Modify utilities, lighting, paving, sidewalks, drainage, information systems, landscaping, signage, and other supporting site facilities.
Demolition Sequence: Complete commissioning, Government acceptance, and turnover of the new barracks before demolishing two existing barracks.
Design Compliance: Meet DoD antiterrorism standards, disability accessibility requirements, and a minimum 40-year design life under UFC 1-200-02.
Performance Period: Complete the contract within 950 calendar days after the Administrative Notice to Proceed.
