Service schedule: Twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with call-backs as needed
Water chemistry: Maintain pool pH at 7.2-7.6, pool chlorine at 2.0-4.0 ppm, and splash pad chlorine at 3.0-5.0 ppm
Cleaning: Skimming, basket/strainer cleaning, weekly vacuuming of an 88,000-gallon pool, bi-weekly wall/tile/feature scrubbing, weekly splash pad deck washing, and trash/debris removal
Equipment: Inspect pumps, filters, gauges, valves, chemical controllers, feed pumps, injection nozzles, splash pad nozzles, drains, surge tank, and activation sensors
Response needs: Four-hour response for service calls and one-hour onsite response for urgent work
