What the gig needs
We are requesting a quote for grease trap waste removal, water and sludge removal, and related repair services at Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center, 902 Airport Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78405.
- Grease traps: Service two 4,000-gallon traps twice monthly; service seven 1,500-gallon traps every 90 days or as needed
- Preventive maintenance: Remove and dispose of fats, oils, and grease; clean trap interiors, baffles, and lids; and inspect piping, valves, capacity, accessibility, cracks, and watertightness
- Water and sludge removal: Provide as-needed pumping and disposal of standing water and wastewater, plus sludge removal from four 1,000-gallon manholes while maintaining sufficient water for sewer flow
- Emergency availability: Provide 24/7/365 emergency water-removal coverage, an ETA within one hour, and required rapid response
- Repairs: Supply new parts and materials with at least a 12-month or manufacturer warranty, whichever is longer
- Qualifications: Minimum five years of relevant experience and active Texas sludge-transporter registration
