Cleaning: Scrape and wash interior walls, baffles, floor pits, and cross-pipes; inspect inlet/outlet piping and clear minor buildup near trap connections
Schedule: Monthly service for Buildings 504, 505, and 506; quarterly service for Buildings 503, 504, 505, 506, 507, 509, 523, and 538
Trap Sizes: Includes 30-gallon, 250-gallon, 500-gallon, and 1,000-gallon locations
Requirements: Licensed vacuum truck transport, compliant disposal, spill cleanup, proper reassembly, and disposal records showing gallons removed and service date
Hours: Regular service Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central
