Carpentry and openings: Install approximately 14 kitchen base/upper cabinets with hardware, two hollow metal doors with frames and hardware, and two insulated manual rolling doors, one with motor/operator
Finishes: Install approximately 976 sq ft of 2x4 ceiling tile, repair ceiling grid, install about 207 sq ft of LVT flooring, paint kitchen/bathroom walls, paint approximately 1,030 sq ft of exterior CMU, and apply gray anti-slip coating to approximately 800 sq ft of gym concrete flooring
Plumbing: Relocate water heater, provide PEX-A hot/cold lines, install restroom lavatory, shower connections, kitchen sink, shutoff valves, water heaters, and reconnect to sanitary sewer
HVAC and electrical: Inspect HVAC, install blank-off plates, reconnect/install restroom exhaust, troubleshoot electrical, restore power, install LED lighting, GFCI receptacles, dedicated circuits for water heaters, and power for motorized rolling door
