Project size: New 220,000 GSF laboratory building, including 200,000 GSF BSL-1/BSL-2 lab space and a separate 20,000 GSF BSL-3 facility
Site services: Site investigations, utility capacity review, utility coordination, subsurface utility exploration, boundary/topographic surveys, ALTA survey, tree survey, and permitting support
Environmental and cultural: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, archival/archeological research, and Phase II or additional investigations if required
Traffic and civil: Transportation impact analysis, stormwater evaluation, geotechnical investigation, soil borings/testing, groundwater evaluation, and foundation recommendations
Coordination: Work with the project team, design team, construction manager, local utility providers, City of Austin, and Austin Energy
Schedule: Services expected to begin within 10 calendar days of notice to proceed; project duration anticipated at approximately 450 calendar days
