We are looking for pricing for construction phase code compliance inspection and testing services across University-owned and leased facilities in Austin, Texas, with possible work in Fort Davis and Port Aransas, Texas.
Services: Independent third-party building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and energy code inspections and testing
Project types: New buildings, additions, renovations, alterations, lab renovations, and minor repair projects
Reporting: Field reports for each site visit, non-compliance documentation, monthly inspection/test summaries, and final inspection records
Response time: Acknowledge service requests within 24 hours and support inspections requested with three business days' notice, plus emergency response when needed
Qualifications: Inspectors should hold applicable ICC, TDLR, TSBPE, energy, and Texas professional registration credentials where required
