Languages: English plus supported foreign-language exams and translation options where needed
Security: Candidate photos, electronic signatures, ID scanning, video/audio monitoring, secure records access, and test-site controls
Reporting: Monthly exam results, pass/fail statistics, school reports, and secure downloadable score records
Support: ADA accommodations, applicant inquiries, appeal/legal support, site maintenance, and transition support
