Meetings: Attorney attendance at quarterly board meetings and special meetings as requested
Term: Expected service period from December 1, 2026 through August 31, 2028, with possible renewal options
Pricing: Hourly rates by attorney/staff role, paralegal rates where applicable, and any flat fees for trademark services
Insurance: Malpractice insurance of at least $3,000,000 required
