What the gig needs
We are looking for a conference facility in Texas for a 2027 annual conference, preferably in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Galveston, San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, or Bryan/College Station areas.
- Event dates: Four consecutive days during April 6-9, April 13-16, or April 20-23, 2027
- Lodging: Approximately 100 attendees per night for 3 nights, with at least 300 total room nights
- Meeting space: Ballroom for 100 attendees, one breakout room for 20 attendees, registration area, secure planning room, and storage space
- A/V: Podiums, microphones, in-house sound, projectors/screens, stage with ADA ramp, presenter internet, and technician support for general sessions
- Accessibility: ADA-compliant facility, meeting spaces, parking, and at least 5 accessible guest rooms per day
- Parking: Parking for approximately 100 attendees per day, including accessible and oversized vehicle accommodations
- Food and beverage: Breakfast, lunch, banquet dinner, beverage stations, and evening social options
