Scope of work: Manufacture of the Relay Assembly to the controlled drawings, with contract quality requirements applying.
Drawings access: Controlled drawings are requested through SAM.gov, and only the Data Custodian listed on an approved DD2345 will be granted access.
Source requirements: Offerors who are not the manufacturer must state the OEM, CAGE code and part number, and refurbished material is not acceptable.
Inspection and acceptance: Inspection and acceptance is at source (DLA Note E06), and the inspection and final acceptance locations must be given.
Evaluation and compliance: Award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, and the solicitation cites CMMC level requirements and supply chain security prohibitions.
Invoicing and facility: Invoices and receiving reports go through PIEE WAWF, and production facility changes need Contracting Officer approval with a $250 price reduction.
