Access Requirement: Attachments are controlled access and available only to entities holding a DITCO Basic Agreement; requests must include a UEI or CAGE code.
Pricing Format: Quote prices as monthly recurring charges and/or non-recurring charges, with CLINs listing descriptions, quantities, and units of measure per the IQO Deskbook.
Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection.
Dates and Location: Quote due date, service date, and place of performance are in the attached solicitation, whose dates override SAM.gov.
