Permit review: Evaluate the existing Title V operating permit and prior annual/semi-annual reports, then provide compliance recommendations
Reporting support: Prepare draft annual, semi-annual, greenhouse gas, capacity factor, specific conditions, and emissions inventory reports for review
Regulatory assistance: Provide up to 100 hours per year for air permit compliance, regulatory inquiries, inspections, variance requests, and related issues
Renewal application: Prepare the draft permit renewal application and provide an engineer’s stamp; renewal work begins in year 2
Optional work: Provide budgetary pricing for additional turbine permitting, generator relocations, and elimination of emergency backup generators
Term: Two-year base contract with three optional one-year renewals
