Rotunda Building: Complete HVAC maintenance for 12 months
Archives Building: Quarterly inspections, including filter cleaning or replacement as applicable
Filters: Monthly replacement of pleated 40% minimum filters on 5 air handlers and 3 rooftop units; annual replacement of larger HEPA filters by June 30; include all after-filters
Site visit: Mandatory jobsite visit required before quoting; available Monday-Friday, 9 AM-4 PM
Insurance: Workers compensation, general liability, and automobile liability coverage required
