Role: Contract Physician Assistant providing patient medical services under medical director supervision
Schedule: On-call coverage Sunday-Saturday, 5:00 PM-8:00 AM; holiday coverage may be 8:00 AM-8:00 AM
Response Time: Respond to service calls within 1 hour, including emergency calls
Scope: Medical histories, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic evaluations, admitting orders, acute treatment, face-to-face patient evaluations, and electronic record documentation
Requirements: Active unrestricted Texas Medical Board license, DEA license, required CME, professional medical liability insurance, and at least 3 years of relevant experience
Contract Term: Upon award through August 31, 2026, with possible extension
