Scope: Supply a PARTS KIT, STOP-CHEC for a crucial shipboard system, with an option for increased quantity up to 365 days after award.
Quality Requirements: ISO 9001 is required and this is a Level I item; an Inspection and Test Plan (Data Item A001) and ISO 9001 may be waived if already current on file at NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg.
Inspection and Acceptance: DCMA source inspection and acceptance are required before shipping, and destination inspection or acceptance is not allowed.
Security: Contractor must have authorized access to classified documents (document 4384676, CONFIDENTIAL) under a DD Form 254.
Warranty and Origin: Supplies carry a one-year warranty from date of delivery and are subject to Buy American requirements.
