We are seeking quotes for a ball valve parts kit (manufactured to Government drawings) for the Defense Logistics Agency, NAVSUP Weapon System Support, Mechanicsburg.
Scope: Manufacture and supply of the PARTS KIT, BALL VALVE, with contract quality requirements per the drawings.
Set-aside: This is a total small business set-aside, and award will go to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
Drawings access: Controlled drawings are on SAM.gov and only the Data Custodian listed on an approved DD2345 can request access.
Quality requirements: ISO-9001 higher-level quality is required, with inspection and acceptance at source.
Quote details: Quotes must state delivery days, offer validity, an email contact, and the OEM name, CAGE code and part number if you are not the manufacturer.
Invoicing: Invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE-WAWF.
