We are seeking proposals for indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multi-agency contracts for integrated professional services across multiple domains under the OASIS+ program, HUBZone small business set-aside.
Contract Vehicle: IDIQ multi-agency contract (MAC) covering multiple service domains; offerors may propose under a single domain or multiple domains in one submission.
Business Eligibility: Set aside exclusively for HUBZone-certified small businesses; offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov at time of offer.
Submission Method: All proposals must be submitted through the OASIS+ SubmissionPortal (OSP) at oasis.app.cloud.gov; a signed SF 33 is required with every offer.
Period of Performance: Solicitation is continuously open with no fixed award timeline; GSA uses rolling admissions and on-ramping as government needs evolve.
Amendment Acknowledgment: Offerors with pending pre-Amendment 0009 proposals must upload a signed SF 30 in Symphony no later than July 15, 2026, or risk elimination from consideration.
