We are seeking proposals for indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) integrated professional services contracts across multiple domains under the OASIS+ Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside, available for use by multiple federal agencies government-wide.
Contract Type: IDIQ Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) for integrated services spanning multiple professional services domains.
WOSB Eligibility: Offerors must qualify as Women-Owned Small Businesses and maintain an active, accurate SAM.gov registration at all times.
Proposal Submission: All offers must be submitted through the OASIS+ SubmissionPortal (OSP) at oasis.app.cloud.gov; a signed SF 33 is required with every submission.
Rolling On-Ramp: Solicitation is continuously open with no fixed award timeline; offerors may propose for multiple domains under a single submission.
Amendment Deadline: Offerors with offers pending before Amendment 0009 must upload a signed SF 30 in Symphony acknowledging the amendment by July 15, 2026.
