Coaching: Train-the-trainer model for internal improvement coaches, including group education, structured discussions, homework, and Personal Development A3 coaching
Executive Readiness: Senior leadership sessions on organizational excellence principles, site visit coordination, peer executive interaction, and coach role integration
Delivery: Six-to-eight-month engagement with a mix of onsite and virtual sessions, expected to be approximately 50% in person and 50% virtual
Healthcare Experience: Team must include at least one current or former physician, APRN, NP, or PA with credentials available
