We are seeking a quote for commercial laundry equipment, including delivery, installation, and staff training, at various correctional facilities throughout the State of Florida.
Scope of Work: Furnish, deliver, install, and commission commercial washing and drying equipment at multiple Florida Department of Corrections facilities statewide
Equipment: High-capacity commercial washers and dryers suitable for the demands of correctional facility laundry operations
Delivery Requirements: Coordinated delivery and on-site setup at each designated facility location throughout Florida
Training: On-site training for facility staff on proper operation and basic maintenance of all installed equipment
Contract Period: Work to be completed under a contract running through October 28, 2026
General Notes: Pricing should include all freight, rigging, installation labor, and any required site preparation at each facility
