We're looking for pricing to install front access stainless steel cabinet showers at Jefferson Parish Correctional Center, 100 Dolhonde Street, Gretna, LA 70053.
Base scope: Install ten (10) front access stainless steel cabinet showers, replacing existing shower cabinets one at a time
Alternates: Price optional add-ons for one (1), two (2), and four (4) additional shower installations
Shower specs: 36" W x 36" D x 88" H, 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel panels, 12-gauge stainless steel floor/reinforcements, satin finish, slip-resistant floor, tamper-resistant fasteners, and removable no-caulk drain
Plumbing and fixtures: Rough-in plumbing, PVC Schedule 40 drain lines with no-hub connection to cast iron, matching existing water supply lines, 17.5-degree chrome abuse-resistant showerheads, 9-volt in-line manifolds, battery-operated controllers, sensors, and solenoid extension cables
Finish work: Repair framing/subfloor as needed, fabricate 14-gauge stainless steel trim for gaps, and provide leak-free, gap-free completed installations
Requirements: Louisiana plumbing contractor license and minimum one-year parts and labor warranty
