Plumbing: Undermount sink with spray faucet, hot/cold water connections, drain tie-ins, insulation, and fixture trim
Electrical: New appliance/outlet circuits from existing panels, GFCI receptacles above counters, 220V range receptacles, hood controls, and lighting work where shown
Owner-provided items: Refrigerator, range, and hood to be installed/coordinated as part of the work
