We are looking for pricing on exterior door replacement and installation at Delgado Community College Westbank Campus - Student Life Building, 2600 General Meyer Ave, New Orleans, LA 70114.
Work: Remove and discard existing exterior doors; supply and install 3 sets of storefront double doors
Doors: YKK35D with medium stiles, approximately 36" x 84" each, 6 total doors
Materials: Heavy-duty commercial grade, installed into existing frames, finish to match existing frames
Hardware: New concealed closers with offset arms, surface-applied continuous hinges, 1/4" bronze tempered glass
Panic Devices: One inactive vertical concealed panic device and one electrified vertical concealed panic device per door set
Coordination: Contractor to verify measurements, include power transfer and power supply, coordinate with onsite electrician, and ensure doorways are not left unsecured overnight
Timeline: Requested completion within 60 days after approval and no later than the end of November 2026
