We are seeking a quote for municipal affairs and community relations services supporting a public school system at 2401 Westbend Parkway, Suite 5055, New Orleans, LA 70114, with engagement activities throughout New Orleans and at the Louisiana State Capitol.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with elected officials, community leaders, and community-based organizations
Advocacy: Monitor relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and committee activities; coordinate meetings and provide testimony as requested
Communications: Develop written materials and represent the organization at meetings and community events
Reporting: Provide updates on anticipated policy changes and a comprehensive report following each legislative session
Contract Term: One year, with two optional one-year renewals
Annual Budget: $55,000
