Tank repairs: Replace the tank roof, repair issue, receipt, and low suction piping, repair shell manholes, containment area, grounding, and weld spacing, and repair the stilling well.
Equipment and fixtures: Remove the mechanical tape gauge, remove and replace the spiral stairs, re-install the tank ATG system, and replace the tank chime sealant.
Maintenance work: Replace tank and piping coatings and provide tank strapping charts and a tank data plate.
Final inspection: Perform a final API 653 inspection.
Set-aside: This is a total small business set-aside.
